when can i arrive? when will the gate open?
The gate will open to pre-approved early entry arrivals at 12 pm on Wednesday of the event. All other participants may arrive at 9 am on Thursday of the event.
Will the gate be open at all hours?
The gate will open at 9AM on Thursday and will remain open until 8PM Saturday night. Gate closes during the Effigy burn Saturday night and reopens sometime shortly thereafter.
What do I need at the gate to get in?
You need your ticket and a photo ID. ID must be something with your legal name and a photo. Drivers licenses, passports, school IDs, military IDs, concealed carry permits, etc all work, as long as they have a photo! YOU MUST BRING YOUR TICKET TO THE GATE. The gate staff cannot look up tickets using your name/email/phone number/dog's name/anything like that. If you lost your ticket and need to print another copy, click here to resend your ticket email.
When does the effigy burn?
The effigy will burn on Sat, Apr 28.
Are there Ice, Firewood, or Coffee Sales?
No, there are not. Please come prepared with everything you will need!
Are there Showers?
There are no showers on property. Please come prepared! Please be considerate of the environment when taking showers There is no gray water disposal at Euphoria, so you will need to transport any gray water offsite. Greywater is water which has been used for cooking, dishwashing, showering, etc. and contains any food, soap, or cleaning products (even biodegradable products). Bring a funnel and use the jugs you brought your water with to bring it back out!
Can my vehicle stay at my camp?
All vehicles, except registered mutant vehicles, must be parked in the parking lot. After unloading your vehicle at your camp site, park your car in one of the rows in the parking lot.
What if I need to leave and come back?
You have two choices: either convince 15 people to give you their in/out tokens, or pay the full price of an Event Return Ticket. Otherwise, once you leave, you're out. Please be radically self reliant and bring everything you need, so you don't have to leave!
Can I bring my pet?
No. Working ADA approved service animals are allowed.
when do tickets go on sale?
Feb 7 and Feb 25. You can buy them at https://flashpoint.thundertix.com/
What forms of payment do you accept to purchase a ticket?
Our tickets are sold through Thundertix, and major credit cards are accepted.
Can I phone in my order, send a check, or give you cash in person?
No. Our systems are integrated with a third-party checkout and so you must use the mechanism on that site to order an invitation.
is every participant required to have a ticket to get in?
Yes. Even children must have a valid ticket, regardless of age. Children under 12 are still admitted for free, but must possess a valid ticket.
For Euphoria 2018 child tickets will be at the gate to be used upon arrival. For Alchemy 2018 there will be the option to select a free ticket for all under 12s.
NO COMPS are given to anyone, including volunteers, team leads, board members, members of the press, friends of the land owner, people who build awesome theme camps, artists displaying work, performers, bands, or anyone else. No exceptions. Please don't ask for a free ticket.
Can i volunteer in lieu of a ticket to get in to the event?
No. The entire event is run by volunteers. Even members of the Board of Directors, Event Lead Team, and Team Leadership are required to purchase their own tickets.
I was not able to get a ticket for Euphoria and I hear it’s sold out. Is there anyway for me to get a ticket?
